A deposit is required to confirm bookings. Full payment must be made before travel as per the itinerary.

Liability

SWAN TOURS acts as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for delays, strikes, or force majeure events.

Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by package and supplier. Generally:

More than 30 days before travel: 80% refund (minus service fee)
15–30 days: 50% refund
Less than 14 days: no refund

Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days. Please contact us for specific package policies.
